By making a payment for services or registration with Ares Football, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for registration, training programs, or events are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, except as required by law.
 

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 31 days prior to the start of the program, event, or training session to avoid incurring additional charges.

• If you cancel within 31 days of the start date, a cancellation fee may apply, and a partial refund may be issued depending on the timing and circumstances.

• For any cancellation requests, please contact us via the provided communication channels, and we will guide you through the process.
   

3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

In the event of a late cancellation (less than 31 days before the start date) or a no-show, no refund or credit will be issued. Full payment is required, as the service or session is reserved for you.
 

4. Changes to Program or Event Dates

If Ares Football changes the dates or schedule of a program or event, we will make every effort to provide adequate notice. If the change significantly impacts your participation, you

may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund.
 

5. Payment Confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed only upon successful payment. A confirmation email or

receipt will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
 

6. Program and Service Availability

All programs and services are subject to availability. In the event that a program or service is fully booked, we will notify you and offer alternative options, if applicable.
 

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash

• E-transfer

• Credit Card** (subject to a 5% processing fee)

• PayPal** (subject to a 5% processing fee)

• Other payment methods may be available upon request.
   

Please note that additional fees apply for credit card and PayPal transactions. These fees are applied at the time of payment and are non-negotiable.
